Closing Services 

On top of providing escrow services, Sekura Law also provides Closing Services. So what do Closing Services consist of? Let’s take a look.

  1. Due Diligence: An attorney visits the public registry of the State to investigate the property to find the proper legal status.
  2. Promissory Agreement: The contract is thoroughly examined by Sekura Law to ensure that it is a proper contact and contains the correct clauses, etc..
  3. Formation of the Trust: Sekura Law will coordinate everything with the bank to create a trust so your property can acquired. 
  4. Property Title (Deed): This step involves a public notary. All parties will be present when the title is signed. In Mexico it is known as “Escritura Pública”. 
  5. Recorded Title: You will receive a certified copy of the title from Sekura Law after the signing. In about 2 months time after the signing the original title will be recorded in the public registry with a corresponding “Boleta de Registro”.

Corporate Services

  1. Forming a Mexican Corporation: Sekura Law will create all contracts, meeting and everything else that is needed to form a corporation between all shareholders.
