Born in New York and reborn in Colombia, Alyssa has been living in Cartagena for 3 1/2/ years. During that time she learned how stressful and difficult it was to purchase property in the area. Her company guides you through the complete purchase process, including translation of documents (if needed), accompanying you to every appointment with the seller, attorneys, and notary, going to those appointments if you are not able to be present, and even assisting you through getting an investor Visa if you wish.
