Raised in the BVI, Akeem takes pride in the numerous intangible benefits of living in the BVI, with its unmatched beaches, culture, and diversity. It was an easy decision to return to all its’ beauty. After earning his BS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and MS in Engineering Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, he spent ten years as an electrical engineer for a US Fortune 500 company.

Akeem’s unconventional path to real estate began in the Columbus, Ohio after several relocations. Akeem dived in headfirst at the opportunity to purchase a live-in investment property—otherwise known as house hacking. The purchase of the investment property was the catalyst of his passion for real estate.

Akeem’s relentless pursuit of researching ideas and project management as an engineer translate perfectly as a Real Estate Agent. With a unique blend of skills and relocation experiences, he knows what is required to make the transition to a new property easy and as stress-free as possible.
