Walter Gardiner Jr. is an expert in the real estate industry of the Turks and Caicos Islands. After merging his company, Horton Realty, with Regency Estates in 2014, he has expanded the International marketing audience for his clients while maintaining the integrity of his real estate services.
Walter is an industry leader specializing in luxury real-estate sales, resort property sales and development consulting throughout the islands. He brings expert knowledge of real estate development gained from an integral role in the sales and marketing of many of the country’s condominium and residential developments.
Walter was born and raised in Grand Turk, the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands. After graduating high school, he migrated to Nassau, Bahamas where he obtained a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Upon completing college, he worked at The Bank of Nova Scotia in Providenciales as a Consumer Credit Officer where he obtained expert knowledge in mortgage financing. In 1997 he shifted his focus to real estate.
