Paul Antonas is Head of the Appraisal Department at LX Bahamas Luxury Realty Group. He is a graduate of Northeastern University of Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts in the fields of Graphic Design and Multimedia Studies.

He returned to the Bahamas in early 2008 and began working in high-end Real Estate throughout the Islands of the Bahamas with a focus on Appraisals and Sales. During the past decade Paul has become recognized as one of the leading appraisers in the Bahamas.

Paul was Top Producer and Top Appraiser in recent years at Bahamas Realty. He has been consistently ranked as one of the top earners at Bahamas Realty. Paul also has significant experience in dealing with Lyford Cay, Old Fort Bay, Ocean Club Estates and Baker’s Bay.

He is well connected within the Lyford Cay community having spent the majority of his childhood at the Lyford Cay Club. He has continued to network within these communities. Paul remains a well-known and respected realtor throughout the country. Paul leads the appraisal department at LX Bahamas. He also actively participates in the brokerage side of the business.
