Lesley Reed owner and broker of St. Maarten Sotheby’s International Realty, first arrived in St. Maarten in 1989, fell in love with the island and has been working in real estate and vacation rentals on the island ever since.

She started her own company in 1999, specializing in luxury real estate and vacation rentals and affiliated to Sotheby’s International Realty in November 2014 to represent both sides of the island: St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty for the French side of the island and St. Maarten Sotheby’s International Realty for the Dutch side of the island.

Since then the company has gone from strength to strength with a portfolio that includes the most prestigious private homes on the island. The company also has a very successful vacation rental program, offering beautiful properties located in the most exclusive and desirable residential enclaves of both sides of the island.

St. Maarten Sotheby’s International Realty also provides a full villa management service for villa owners.
