Having lived in the Turk & Caicos Islands (TCI) for nearly 24 years, Latoya has extensive  knowledge of the Islands. Latoya has enjoyed a successful and varied career since starting out  in the Real Estate Industry back in 2004 at Homes in Paradise By Grace Bay Realty (HPGBR).  

Latoya first moved to TCI in 1998 after graduating from University and settled in Grand Turk.  After getting married in 2001, Latoya moved to Providenciales where she began a prosperous  career in Real Estate (albeit a few detours in between) 

Born in Guyana, on the North Atlantic coast of the only English Speaking country in South  America, Latoya has overcome many challenges to get to where she is today. After the World  Financial Market Crash in 2007, she spent two years back home working as Project  Coordinator for the Guyana Red Cross Society, providing vital aid to disaster response teams. 

Following her move back to Grand Turk in 2009, the birth of her second daughter prompted a  career move and she opened her own Spa which she ran successfully with three locations until  2019. Returning to Provo in 2019 as a Training Specialist for the Department of Disaster  Management and Emergences allowed her the opportunity needed to transition back into Real  Estate.  

Latoya has returned to doing what she is passionate about at the company where it all started  in 2004. Homes in Paradise by Grace Bay Realty, an experienced team catering to Buyers and  Sellers seeking homes, condos, land and commercial properties in the Turks & Caicos Islands. 

Within her first year of return Latoya was successful in being the Top Producer/Selling Agent  and continues to hold that position in the company. Homes in Paradise By Grace Bay Realty  being a part of the Turks & Caicos Islands Real Estate Association (TCREA) allows Latoya  access to all properties listed across the islands.
