Born and raised in Turks & Caicos, Kendrick Forbes brings his love of people, passion for networking and joy of finding his clients their perfect slice of the Caribbean paradise to The Agency. He is extremely knowledgeable on the various island communities, residential offerings and intricacies of the niche luxury market.
Kendrick worked in the banking industry for more than 13 years, managing the portfolios of high-net-worth clientele, establishing new corporate accounts and creating investment portfolios for clients. This paired with his experience in luxury hospitality helped hone his approach to concierge-level service and personalized sales strategy, skills that transfer seamlessly to his work with real estate clients. He is also the co-owner of a luxury transportation company, Royal Transport Services, which also serves high-net-worth visitors and potential clients across Turks & Caicos.
Growing up in South Caicos, Kendrick graduated from Marjorie Basden High School, TCI Community College and Talladega College, where he earned a B.A. in Computer Science. When not touring his clients around the islands, he can be found fishing, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
