I am Karina Díaz Consultant in Real Estate Investment and founder of Turquesa TD Bienes Raíces along with my husband Jorge Turrent, I studied Interpretation and Translation, currently I find myself professionalizing in Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, I have always liked dealing with people, knowing different cultures and providing an excellent service, because I trained in large companies like Cía.

Mexicana de Aviación as flight attendant later in the hotel chains Fairmont and Banyan Tree in Acapulco and Mayakoba, the excellent service of satisfaction and loyalty that I learned towards my clients in those years today I combine it with my passion in the Real Estate because I like to offer attention  and quality both in my treatment and in the properties that I offer, I like to make my clients  feel confident and free.

 I currently live in Cancun and have a fairly large portfolio of properties both here and in Playa del Carmen and Tulum. I like to help my clients or investors find the ideal property either in my inventory and if they do not meet their needs, we look for it with my colleagues from the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) where I am member.

 I am learning about the crypto and metaverse world because in Tulum we have very good buying alternatives with which our clients will be able to pay their investment and we as a real estate agency like to innovate.

Currently  web ring our national and foreign clients as possible to the properties  through 360 videos, video calls, video conferences,  virtual tours, etc  because we know that nowadays the distance is not an impediment to be able to achieve the goal of investing in one of the best places in Mexico and gain days of rest and vacations when visiting or a good return on investment.
