Josie first came to the Dominican Republic after booking a one way ticket from Canada. It was easy to feel drawn to the culture, the weather, the beautiful beaches, the water sports, and of course – the real estate opportunity. Josie sold her home in Canada and for a fraction of the price – bought a villa double in size just steps from the beach in the community Encuentro located in Cabarete.

Josie’s goal with realtor DR is to use social media to help others realize they can do the same! Being a mother of 2 little boys – Josie is passionate about working with families to find not just a house, but a place to call HOME.
