Ilianna began her hospitality career In the Bahamas back in 2014 and she has remained passionate and intricately involved in the industry ever since. She has worked alongside the Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board, The Association of Bahamas Marinas, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and the Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association.
Following in her father’s footsteps in the tourism industry, she is currently the Operations Manager for Chub Cay Resort and Marina and is now the first Licensed Real Estate Agent located on the island of Chub Cay. Ilianna possesses a unique blend of Charisma; energy and she exudes a magnetic presence in any environment.
With her extensive background in Hospitality, she brings forth a wealth of knowledge and exemplary customer relations skills which will certainly be advantageous to her career in Real Estate.
