Gavin Christie CRS, CIPS is one of the top residential and new development sales specialists currently working in Bahamas real estate. Specializing in luxury residences, condominiums and new development has consistently earned him recognition with his high-net-worth clientele that includes athletes and celebrities. He has cultivated a reputation for providing exceptional services to Buyers and Sellers.

Gavin has also proven himself as a leader in new development, resort, and hotel sales with more than $100 million in transactions.  He has also spent time in commercial property management and in leadership positions with various real estate industry organizations. Today, he leads a diverse team of 15 top-producing agents, and personally manages approximately $25M in real estate assets. 

Gavin graduated from the University of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in sports medicine, and several athletic accolades. He is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and is a licensed real estate broker and certified appraiser. Other business affiliations Gavin maintains include membership in the Bahamas CRS local chapter, where he served as President in 2014; and the local Rotary Club, where he served as Vice President of community service for two years. Gavin has an intermediate understanding of Spanish and Czech.
