Gasmise Forbes is 26 years old and one of the youngest real estate agents in Turks & Caicos! She has worked with Engel & Völkers for the last 4 years. Gasmise is very ambitious and enjoys a sales oriented job in which she can use her ability to make a strong connection with the potential client. 

Gasmise loves being involved in the real estate process from all angles. She loves meeting & interacting with new people, building a strong connection with the client, seeing the process unfold and making sure the client is 100% satisfied at the closing. 

Currently Gasmise is building her portfolio so she can become more knowledgeable in the real estate industry concerning all aspects of purchasing a home. She is advancing her studies of the real estate industry during her free time where is she taking an online course which teaches how to conduct a proper home inspection.

Another service that Gasmise is offering is property management. For the last year Gasmise has enjoyed taking care of her clients properties and ensuring the client is happy with the tenants & the condition of the property.
