Dwaynecia Knowles affectionately called Niecy, has been in the real estate industry for 8 years. Her interest in real estate started when she worked as an office assistant and an assistant to the appraiser at a real estate firm. She was the face of the company dealing directly with the customers, seeing that all their needs were satisfied. Niecy also handled most of the company’s administration which allowed her to utilize her exceptional skill in paying attention to details, while building her expertise in BREA’s Multiple Listing Services system and expounding her knowledge of appraisals.
Naturally, becoming a real estate agent was her next step. In 2017 Dwaynecia took and passed the real estate exam on her first attempt passing with flying colors.
She has been an active member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association for approximately 3 years. Dwaynecia has a wealth of real estate knowledge and is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.
