Dedra was born and raised in this beautiful Island of Middle Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands, although she currently resides in Providenciales. 

 Dedra began her career in real estate in July 2005 as an Administrator and Real Estate Agent.  She is a highly self-motivated professional with a passion for customers and clients desire to purchase or rent homes, property, commercial spaces etc. helping buy and sell property.  She is knowledgeable about the Turks and Caicos Islands and is also very experienced in utilizing the Multiple Listing System (MLS) as she has served on the committee for the past 15 years.   

 Dedra was voted Ambassador of the Turks and Caicos Association in 2014/2015 “Take a SMALL STEP and make a BIG Difference” which Supported Education, donation of Books, spreading Hope and Joy. This initiative was a great success as expressed by many involved.
