Cristin was born and raised in Grand Cayman and her passion for the local real estate market is evident in her love and deep knowledge of the Islands, including its unique neighbourhoods and communities. She describes having an ‘idyllic’ childhood growing up within a Property Management family on Seven Mile Beach.
Cristin made her start in real estate in 2019 after having built a career in Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Her core values as a real estate professional are built on trust, integrity and creating long-lasting relationships.
Her primary goal is to ensure her clients are given an attentive and first-class experience throughout their real estate transactions, whether buying, selling or looking for the perfect investment opportunity. Cristin’s extensive network of contacts, marketing expertise, and strong negotiating skills have earned her a stellar reputation in the luxury real estate market in Grand Cayman.
When she is not wearing her real estate hat, she is spending time with family and trying to keep up with her two little ones, Tegan and Alex. She is also an avid beach volleyball…
