Christine B. Wallace-Whitfield

Christine Wallace-Whitfield is a native of the beautiful islands of The Bahamas and was born in Nassau, New Providence. She attended schools locally and in Atlanta, England and Spain, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Commercial Art with a Minor in Photography. Her skills have come in handy being in the real estate field as she is quite savvy with social media, graphic design and photography.

Christine worked as a graphic artist and photographer in Nassau until she relocated to Freeport in 1996. The following year, she began her career in real estate, becoming a sales agent and then Broker with two of Grand Bahama’s leading real estate companies and is now with an amazing boutique company, Island Living Real Estate, where each customer and client is treated like royalty.

In 2000 she obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification designation from the National Association of Realtors in the United States, and soon after became Office Manager of a leading company. She also spent 3 years in Exuma with a leading real estate company and learned the Exuma Cays inside and out.

She and her family went back to Freeport, Grand Bahama for a short period then relocated back to Nassau in 2012. She recently became a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing 2018, an International Realtor Member (IRM) of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), and a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), and believes in keeping herself educated and up to date with the current real estate market and trends.

Christine is a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) #367, and has served as President of the Grand Bahama Chapter for BREA for two years (2010-2012), and continues to serve at National level (2014…)

She and her husband have two young adults, Sasha, a law student, UK and Nicholas a student and water polo player on the Bahamas National Water Polo Team.
