James has over 13 years’ experience in real estate with 2 years in Washington DC and 11 years in the Bahamas luxury markets. James holds a BSc. in Economics and a minor is Real Estate Management from Virginia Tech University. James grew up in Lyford Cay and has deep rooted connections with the residents in the community and surrounding areas.
His primary brokerage focus has always been in Lyford Cay and Old Fort Bay and he has a proven track record for production. James was Top Producer at Bahamas Realty Ltd. in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. In 2019 James moved on to further his career and founded LX Bahamas Luxury Realty Group. James is also a licensed appraiser with over a decade’s experience in the industry.
He has completed several international appraisal courses to further his education and is currently one of the most educated and qualified appraisers in the country. He is currently Chairman of the Bahamas Real Estate Association Appraisal Committee and sits on the Bahamas Real Estate Association Board of Directors. James is also fluent in Spanish.
