The Sand, Sea and Sky Villas are aptly-named. Private staircases…
Cotton Ground, St Kitts & Nevis
Located in Upper Fern Hill, with breathtaking views of the South East Peninsula and sunsets year round, Orchard View is a large 4 bedroom house on a full acre of property with all amenities. Furnishings are included.
The great room opens to the large patio with plenty of room for sunloungers and oversized sitting area. The infinity pool is large and faces due West, toward the sea and the ever-changing canvas of the sunsets. This large garden offers many mango trees – some huge – as well as a surplus of other fruit trees to the front and the back of the house…hence the name, Orchard View.
Inside, the large kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of work space for the preparation of anything from a small snack to a full-fledged gourmet feast. The dining area off the kitchen is a screened lanai with plenty of space for large groups.
The master bedroom opens onto the pool deck for easy access for an early morning dip as does the en-suite bathroom. This house has a bath with a view… straight across the pool and over the sea towards St Kitts.
One other bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two other bedrooms share the third full bathroom. A powder room is available for guests off the great sitting room.
For those concerned about electric power outages, Orchard View includes a powerful generator. The home has recently been repainted. Only one owner.
Upper Fern Hill is a 15 minute drive from some great beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The road accessing Upper Fern Hill has recently been upgraded making the journey far more comfortable than it once was. One of the benefits of the higher elevation of this area means that the evenings are a little cooler than in the lowlands – which can be a welcome blessing in the summer months.
