Fort Pasture is situated in Little Exuma Island and offers a combination of 1,961 linear feet of rocky shore and 2,515 linear feet of sandy beach set on 105.1 acres on the Northern side of Little Exuma. It’s a beautiful property with fabulous elevations up to about 88.5 ft and set back from the beach. The combination of rocky shore and sandy beach is just shy of a mile long and is known to be one of the prettiest stretches of beaches in the Exumas. At each end of the property are big rocky shore lines offering a sense of privacy, with one very large rocky conclave and several little rock islands towards the center which form a protected cove facing north, and a nice little cove at the southeastern end. The Queen’s Highway runs along the southern boundary of the 105.1-acre parcel. This is a very unique parcel of land primed for development and/or a private estate.
