To your left you will find the large private beach and boat ramp for access to the bay. To your right you have access to the 70-meter pier with two boat lifts and long enough to safely jump into the Spanish Water Bay.

The guest house is accessible from the pier too, at the end of which is a sitting area over the water. Fully independent and built in similar fashion to the main villa, the guest house contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. Additional features of the entire property include its energy efficiency with 14 solar panels, a back-up generator and all the lights made up of LED’s.
